SEVEN YEARS ON THE ROAD
Ray spent seven years touring Europe and Obama’s American Dream. It was part music and part anthropology field research.
In his songwriting years, he composed a dozen chart-topping singles, releases three albums, and performed more than 2000 shows.
Commended for his music by both the press and his peers, in 2012 he become a voting member for the Grammys, but years spent performing on a different stage every night started feeling like the blueprint for enforced insanity.
On a freezing winter night, while loading his van after a packed show in the heart of the Midwest, Ray decided to quit and venture into an open future.

RECUSANT
2007
Recorded and produced by songwriter extraordinaire Luca Chiaravalli (on keys) and longtime friend Tony Bowers (founding member of Simply Red), Ray's debut album is a statement of freedom.
Recusant features the single Five O'Clock In The Morning, which gained plenty of radio and video play, and the ballad Your Heart, My Heart, later recorded by Delmar Brown and featured as a single on his album Inner Spirit.

Recorded at Massive Arts Studio in Milan with Ray's touring band (Ale Pasini, Nic Taccori, Paolo Legramandi), produced by the band and Ivo Grasso.
Ray Tarantino takes a more organic twist after the more brit sounding debut album Recusant. It features the singles Futureblind and Masquerade that gained impressive radio play on the American indie radio network.

Recorded at legendary Quad Studios in Nashville with an eleven-piece band, produced by Steve Werbelow.
Good Things Will Happen features songs co-written with some of Ray's favourite music city talent, including Jim Reilly (The New Dylans) and Steve O'Brien (Brooks And Dunn).
